Himmense is here to help you get over all life’s obstacles. So if you’ve got a problem with your order, don’t hesitate to get in touch.
DELIVERIES
For UK orders, we use Royal Mail’s Tracked 48® service. So you’ll receive an email and/or text message each time your parcel is tracked (minimum 4 points) and your order should arrive within 2-3 working days, but please let us know if it takes longer than that.
Please note that orders placed after our 3pm cut-off will be processed for fulfilment the next working day. Additionally, if you place an order on a public holiday, it will be processed for fulfilment on the next working day. This may cause a delay in your delivery, so please keep that in mind when tracking your order.
For international orders, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. If the shipping cost states unavailable, contact us here. We do not currently ship to the USA, Canada, Brazil and Japan. Please note, international shipments may be subject to duties and taxes as determined by customs in the destination country.
RETURNS
The quality of our products and the health & safety of our customers and staff is our top priority. Himmense products are ingestible supplements and we cannot re-stock food products once they have left our control, unfortunately, that means we can’t accept returns, but if you’ve got a question, just ask.
